Dr. Farah Ahmed is a Family Medicine and Occupational Medicine Doctor dedicated to bringing a holistic well-being approach to health. She enjoys working with individuals and corporates to create solutions towards sustainable health and well-being.
Her qualifications include an MBBS (UWI), PGDipFamily Medicine (UWI), MRCGP [INT] and MSc Occupational Medicine from the University of Manchester, UK.
Dr. Ahmed has more than 17 years experience in medicine and has been working on Corporate Health Promotion programmes since 2009.

He is also a Registered Dietitian. Throughout his career, he has worked in quality assurance and management, nutrition and dietetics, health and safety, teaching, and institutional research. His research interests are wellbeing, mental health, IB policy, public policy, healthcare management & leadership, maternal & child health, health policy and innovation, nutrition, AI, and quality management. He also has over 255+ publications across peer-reviewed journal articles, peer-reviewed international conferences, co-authored books, and book chapters. His research grants and fundraising attainment amounts to over 2,850,000 USD.
